Readings will be e-mailed within the stated turn around time, if for unforeseen circumstances  I am behind schedule I will contact you and inform you of date I will be sending.
	
Please book if you are accepting the turn around time as no refunds will be provided unless I am unable to continue with the reading in which case a full refund will be issued
	
If I am guided not to complete a reading around this topic for you and instead I am guided to provide you with a guidance reading I will contact you via email to discuss this with you if you do not wish to go ahead with this I will issue a full refund.
